Traditional Positions
Early Learning Teachers (ELTs)
Early Learning Teachers provides stimulating, developmental appropriate educational environment where students have the opportunity to develop social, cognitive, and physical skills. ELT's are the bread and butter of our Early Learning program.
ASP Teacher (ASPT)
ASPt are responsible for helping and maintaining youth enrolled in our After School program. They provide daily support and supervision and engage in engaging lesson planning, homework help, and much more.
Learning Specialists (Tutors)
Learning Specialists provide tutoring in a multitude of ways that is impactful and meaningful to the youth at BFC. They provide individualized learning programs and stay in the know of their youth clients by providing that extra support and attention to detail that is needed.
Preschool Specialist (Teacher)
Preschool specialists provides stimulating, dynamic and warm programming for our youth who are nearing entering grade school. They provide safe environment and role models correct behaviors ands skills needed before making entry into Kindergarten.
School Site Coordinators (SSC)
School Site Coordinators are the Bridge between our organization and our youth's schools. They communicate with teachers and parents and provide services and diagnostic analysis whenever possible.

Education Intern
The Education Intern position is a position that is meant to prepare you for becoming an excellent candidate for positions we have available for our upcoming Early Learning Program and other educational programs. This program centers around early learning intervention, support, and program creation. As an Education Intern, you will learn the ins and outs of our company, our mission, and our philosophy.

Social Media Intern
The Social Media Intern, or otherwise Marketing Intern position is a position that is meant to prepare you for becoming an excellent candidate for positions we have available for our organization's educational programs, services, and events. Our organization centers around early learning intervention, youth support, and program creation. As an Social Media Intern, you will learn the ins and outs of our company, our mission, and our philosophy. You are essentially the Brand Ambassador of Brighter Future Cares.
