At BFC, we are all about building relationships with the community by assessing needs and providing in-house and local resources for our youth.

To qualify for our program, you must:

Have a youth or young adult in your household between the ages of 0-22 (families qualify as the parent/guardian of youth to age 17)

Live or reside in a county we serve. Current counties: Santa Clara, Alameda, San Joaquin

Have a youth that is disadvantaged: African American, Hispanic and Latinx, low-income, disabled, English-language learner, immigrant, emancipated minor, homeless

Completing this form will get you started on the road to becoming a BFC client family. We will then send you Eligibility and Intake process info. You can also text the same info to 408.915.6761 to start the process

No cost to become a client family
To become a client family with BFC there is absolutely no cost to join. Certain programs and services have fees associated with them, but we work on a sliding-scale system and have a number of no to low cost programming options.
